MANAGEMENT SERVICES:- Project Management and Construction Management, Estate Management Services and other contracting Job

 

BUILDING DRAWING:- All building drawing are produce for clients from initiation(sketch) Presentations to final drawing for the proposed project with the clients briefs and a suitable cost of services discussed.

 

PROJECT SUPERVISION:- This is the part of our responsibility to make sure every project we design or we are call upon to manage is been properly supervised and properly executed to meet the clients approver, to this end we make it mandatory we supervise our details designs during construction.

 

FEASIBILITY STUDIES: This ranges from technical and economic surveys; comparative cost evaluations and recommendations into various methods of resolving a problem.

 

CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION: Preparation of specifications, functional and layout drawings for tender action. Preparation of bills of quantities.
